+12B power measurement voltage is zero, the rectifier diode anode +12V 6585 measuring voltage. Check the resistor 3106 +12B insurance, notice that the open circuit.
After changing new 22 Ohm resistor, and tune the power supply LEDs indicate line returned to normal, no overload.
