Troubleshooting: No 110V power output measurement, disconnect the line power, access to 110V power dummy load circuit, power supply 110V voltage is normal, measuring the collector resistance line, positive and negative are zero ohms, welded pipe VT402 measurements found downstream has breakdown, replace the line pipe measure other circuit resistance after normal. Access to power after the discovery of slow grating light, about 1 minute after the screen brighter but darker and less grating line field amplitude, suspect line pipe does not match with the original circuit, the replacement of the same model line pipe again, as usual after power failure, turn off the power supply hand touch line pipe feeling higher temperatures. Measuring pulse wide line pipe, line push forward the investigation and found in possession of false welding line drive cracks, re-welding, boot normally.
 

Fault summary: 64 cm above the big screen television, tube or line drive line drive transformer false welding phenomenon particularly, when the line to replace the damaged pipe line pipe, pay attention to whether the normal line drive part or parts of the circuit to promote the re-welding line again.
